A1: The most common issues relate to improper handling or installation, not manufacturing defects. This is prevented by clear installation guidelines and our strong recommendation to use professional installers for complex projects.

A2: We address it privately, promptly, and professionally. We listen to the concern, investigate fairly per our warranty terms, and seek a constructive solution. Our goal is to turn a negative situation into a demonstration of our commitment to accountability.

A3: We would immediately halt further shipments of the affected batch, initiate a root cause analysis, and communicate transparently with the client. We would then prioritize the reproduction and replacement of all defective units at our cost.
