A1: Yes, we can laminate specific functional surfaces onto our PET core. This creates a hybrid acoustic/functional panel. This is a custom product with a minimum project quantity, typically 200 square meters, and requires a custom sample process.
Q2: Is it possible to have panels with varying acoustic properties across a single surface?
A2: This is a highly complex request. While we can create panels with different perforation patterns in different zones, designing and testing such a panel for predictable performance is an advanced R&D project with significant minimums.
Q3: What is the lead time for developing and producing a completely new type of acoustic product?
A3: The development timeline for a new product is project-specific and can take months from concept to production-ready sample. Once finalized, the production lead time would be established based on the new manufacturing process.
