Q1: Can you provide a detailed plan for offloading and moving pallets into a multi-story building?
A1: We provide pallet weights and dimensions. Developing a site-specific logistics plan (crane usage, loading dock access, elevator capacity) is the responsibility of the client or site contractor. We recommend sharing our packing list with them in advance.

Q2: What is the best practice for storing panels on-site in an active construction area?
A2: Store pallets in a dry, covered, and secure area. Keep them flat and do not remove the protective shrink wrap until ready for installation. Do not stack other materials on top of the panels.

Q3: If we receive the shipment and lack proper equipment to unload, what are our options?
A3: Most freight carriers offer “liftgate” service for an additional fee, which can be arranged at the time of booking shipping. It is crucial to specify this need when coordinating with your freight forwarder.

Q4: How are the panels packaged to allow for easy one-by-one removal by installers?
A4: Panels are stacked in sequence and banded. The entire stack is then wrapped. Installers should cut the vertical bands and remove panels from the top of the stack one by one, leaving the bottom protective layer in place until the panel is installed.

Q5: What is the lead time if we discover a critical shortage on-site and need a rush shipment of a few panels?
A5: Rush replacements are treated as a new order. Even for a few panels, the standard MOQ of 70 may apply unless we have leftover material from the original batch. Production will follow the 7-14 day timeline, with air freight as the only expedited shipping option.
