A4: No, the standard 7-14 day production lead time commences after the final order deposit is received and any required custom samples are approved. Sample production and shipping are separate preceding steps.
Q5: Are payment terms like Net 30 available for the first order?
A5: For first-time customers, our standard terms are a deposit before production with the balance before shipment, typically via T/T. Extended credit terms like Net 30 may be considered for established businesses after a successful transaction history.
