Q1: Can damaged panels be repaired on-site, or do they need full replacement?
A1: Minor scuffs can often be touched up with matched paint. Structural damage or delamination requires panel replacement. We can supply individual replacement panels subject to the standard MOQ and lead time.

Q2: Do you offer a refurbishment service for panels removed during a tenant renovation?
A2: We do not offer a refurbishment service. The panels are designed for recycling at end-of-use. For reuse, they can be cleaned and reinstalled if undamaged, but we cannot refinish or repair them to a “like-new” condition.

Q3: What is the cost comparison between repairing a few panels and replacing an entire installation after many years?
A3: Repairing a few panels involves the cost of the new panels (subject to MOQ) plus installation labor. Full replacement is a new project. Often, if the existing panels are outdated or damaged beyond a few units, full replacement is more cost-effective and ensures consistency.

Q4: How do I source the exact matching material for a repair if the original product is discontinued?
A4: We keep records of custom formulations. We can attempt to match it, but it will be treated as a new custom color run with associated minimums (typically 200 sqm). A perfect match after many years cannot be guaranteed due to batch and environmental differences.

Q5: Does attempting an on-site repair void any remaining warranty on adjacent panels?
A5: No, the warranty is per panel. Repairing one panel does not affect the warranty on others. However, improper repair that causes further damage would not be covered.
