Q1: What services do you offer after the 1-year warranty expires?
A1: We continue to provide technical support, sell replacement parts, and can reproduce panels to match existing installations (subject to MOQ and current lead times). Repair services may be available on a case-by-case, fee-for-service basis.
Q2: Can I purchase an extended warranty for my project?
A2: We do not currently offer a standardized extended warranty product. For critical infrastructure projects, we are open to discussing tailored service-level agreements that may include extended coverage.
Q3: What is the cost difference for a re-order years later compared to the original price?
A3: Pricing is subject to change based on material and manufacturing costs at the time of the new order. We provide a new quote for any re-order, though we strive to maintain competitive pricing for loyal customers.
Q4: How do you handle product obsolescence or the need to replace a panel in a discontinued color?
A4: We keep records of custom formulas. We can reproduce a discontinued color for a re-order, but it will be treated as a new custom color run with the associated MOQ (typically 200 sqm) and sample approval process.
Q5: If a new, improved version of the panel is released, can I upgrade my existing installation?
A5: Physically upgrading installed panels is not feasible. However, for expansions, you can order the new version. We provide guidance on potential visual differences between old and new batches.
