Q1: What is the process for concluding a long-term supply agreement?
A1: The agreement will specify terms for conclusion, typically involving a notice period. Both parties fulfill any remaining orders under the agreed terms, and final settlements are made. We provide support during the transition period.
Q2: If we decide to switch to a different supplier in the future, what assistance can you provide?
A2: We can provide final production runs of your custom product to bridge the transition. We will also supply all relevant technical documentation for the new supplier, ensuring a smooth handover for the continuity of your projects.
Q3: What happens to our custom color formula if we end our partnership?
A3: Upon termination of an agreement, the rights to the custom formula are typically addressed in the contract. They may revert to us, or we may agree to transfer the specification to you or a new supplier, often subject to a release fee.
Q4: Are we obligated to a final order MOQ when concluding a contract?
A4: Any final orders placed are subject to our standard MOQ of 70 panels or 200 sqm, unless otherwise stipulated in a winding-down schedule within the partnership agreement.
Q5: How is confidential information handled after the business relationship ends?
A5: We adhere to the confidentiality terms outlined in our initial agreements. Customer-specific designs, project details, and business information are securely archived or destroyed per the agreed-upon protocol.
