A1: Our PET panels are stable across normal indoor climate conditions. For extreme or consistently uncontrolled environments, we recommend a project-specific consultation to ensure suitability, as environmental stress may not be covered under warranty.

A2: Our standard color palette is selected to have global appeal. We observe regional trends and are able to develop custom color sets for partners targeting specific markets, subject to the associated MOQ and development process.
Q3: What is the lead time for orders requiring adaptation to meet a unique local building code amendment?
A3: If the adaptation requires reformulation or retesting, it becomes a custom development project with a timeline measured in months. If it only requires documentation from existing tests, it does not affect the 7-14 day production lead time.
Q4: For a market with high shipping costs, is there a different, more cost-effective MOQ strategy?
A4: In high-shipping-cost markets, we often recommend consolidating orders to achieve Full Container Load (FCL) quantities, as this provides the lowest cost per unit for freight. Our MOQ of 70 panels is a starting point for this consolidation.

A5: In remote markets, warranty claims are handled directly with our factory. We ship replacement parts to the customer, and the customer arranges local labor for installation. We provide detailed instructions to support the local technician.
