Q1: What mounting hardware is included with my order?
A1: Each order includes a corresponding number of low-profile screws (in black or gray) suitable for direct wall mounting. For adhesive mounting, specific recommendations are provided, but adhesives are not included.
Q2: Can I order extra or alternative hardware from you?
A2: Yes, we can supply additional boxes of screws or recommend compatible adhesive types. Hardware-only orders are possible but subject to minimum charges due to shipping costs.
Q3: What is the lead time for an order that includes both panels and custom hardware?
A3: The production lead time remains 7 to 14 days. If custom hardware (e.g., specific colored screws) is required, we will confirm if it extends the timeline based on sourcing.
Q4: If I use my own adhesive, does it affect the product warranty?
A4: The 1-year warranty covers the panels themselves. Failures due to improper adhesive selection or application are not covered, which is why we provide compatible product recommendations.
Q5: What is the MOQ if I only want to purchase installation clips?
A5: There is no MOQ for accessory purchases like clips, but small-quantity orders may incur higher relative shipping costs. We recommend adding spares to your main panel order.
