A1. We offer full customization. Since we cut our sound-absorbing boards from whole plates, we can produce them in any size and shape to meet your specific requirements.
Q2. What is the DIY potential of the panels?
A2. They are highly suitable for DIY. You can cut them to any shape using a push knife or art knife, finish the edges with a chamfer tool, and place them according to your aesthetic preferences and ideas.
Q3. What installation method yields the best acoustic results?
A3. To achieve the highest sound insulation, we strongly advise the baton installation method. Alternatively, for a method that balances decorative appeal with acoustic performance, you can screw the panel directly to the wall through the acoustic felt backing, using black or grey screws for a discreet look.
Q4. What are the compatible substrates for installation?
A4. The panels are versatile and can be installed on any common surface, including brick, concrete, and gypsum board walls. They are suitable for application on walls, doors, ceilings, and other surfaces.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
A5. We provide existing samples from our warehouse free of charge. However, producing a new sample incurs a fee of three times the unit price, which is then credited back upon placement of a formal order that meets our minimum order quantity.
