A1: Yes, we can custom-fabricate panels into various shapes and can incorporate perforated or routed patterns. Such custom designs typically require a higher MOQ, starting at 200 square meters, for feasibility.
Q2: How do I ensure the panel color works with my existing decor?
A2: We recommend ordering our free standard color samples first. If a perfect match is needed, we offer a custom color matching service for an additional fee and a higher project MOQ.
Q3: What is the lead time for a complex custom design?
A3: The production lead time for complex designs remains 7-14 days after final design approval. However, additional time should be allocated for the initial design consultation and prototype sampling if required.
Q4: Do you offer any textured finishes?
