Q1: How should I store the panels upon arrival before installation?
A1: Store the panels in a clean, dry, and flat area, preferably in their original packaging. Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture until you are ready to install.
Q2: What is the best tool to cut the panels on-site if needed?
A2: A sharp utility knife or a fine-toothed hand saw works well for straight cuts. For complex cuts, a jigsaw with a fine blade is recommended. Always wear appropriate safety equipment.
Q3: Does cutting or trimming the panels on-site void the warranty?
A3: The warranty remains valid for the uncut portions of the panel. However, any defects directly caused by or occurring at the cut line are not covered.
Q4: What is the lead time for panels pre-cut to a complex non-rectangular shape?
A4: CNC cutting for complex shapes is part of our custom fabrication. The lead time for such orders is still within our standard 7-14 day window, assuming the digital design files are approved.
Q5: Is there an MOQ for orders requiring every panel to be a different specific size?
A5: Yes, an order consisting entirely of uniquely sized panels is highly custom and typically requires a higher project commitment, such as 200 square meters in total, to be feasible.
