Q1: Can your panels be installed over existing acoustic wall fabric or stretched fabric systems?
A1: It is not recommended to install our rigid panels over soft, flexible substrates. For optimal performance and safety, they should be mounted directly to a solid, stable wall surface like drywall, concrete, or plywood.
Q2: How do the panels interact with in-wall services like electrical outlets or data ports?
A2: Panels can be precisely cut on-site or pre-cut in our factory to accommodate standard electrical boxes, data ports, or sprinkler heads. Providing detailed layout drawings during the order process is crucial for pre-cut services.
Q3: What is the lead time for an order requiring numerous complex cut-outs for services?
A3: Panels with multiple pre-cut service holes are part of our standard CNC fabrication. The production lead time remains 7-14 days, assuming we receive clear, approved cutting diagrams.
Q4: Is there an additional MOQ for panels with integrated services?
A4: The MOQ is based on the total square meterage of panels. There is no extra MOQ for the cut-out service itself, though complex cutting may have a small additional processing fee per panel.
Q5: Does cutting holes for services affect the product’s warranty?
A5: Pre-cut holes performed by us in our factory are covered under the warranty. On-site modifications by the installer are not covered, which is why we recommend factory pre-cutting for a clean, guaranteed result.
