A2: All change order requests must be submitted in writing. We will immediately assess the feasibility based on the production stage, provide a revised cost and lead time impact, and require written approval before proceeding.
Q3: How do you communicate if a delay is anticipated during production?
A3: We believe in proactive communication. If any issue arises that could impact the promised timeline, your point of contact will notify you immediately by email, explain the situation, and provide a revised schedule.
Q4: What is the MOQ implication for a change order that alters the panel size?
A4: If a change order creates what is effectively a new custom size, the total order must still meet the global MOQ of 70 panels or 200 sqm. Changing sizes mid-production can complicate this and needs careful review.
Q5: Are project management fees included in your quotes?
A5: Standard project coordination is included in our service. For exceptionally complex projects requiring disproportionate management time, we would discuss and agree on any potential fees transparently upfront.
