A2: For standard orders, panels are packed sequentially but not individually labeled. For large or complex projects, we offer a carton/panel labeling service per your provided layout plan. This is a value-added service that should be requested during the order placement.

A3: Panels should be carried vertically, supporting the full length, and stored flat on a clean, level surface. The edges, while durable, should be protected from direct impact. We include basic handling guidelines in every shipment.
