You can always confirm you are receiving the same specification as last time by referencing your previous order number.
Q2: Do you have an archive or museum of past products and colors?
A2: We keep a physical and digital archive of all custom colors and major product iterations. This allows us to reference past work accurately for re-orders, even years later, though reproducing a discontinued item may require a new minimum run.
Q3: What is your policy on supporting very old installations with replacement parts?
A3: We will attempt to match and reproduce panels for any past installation, subject to our current MOQ and capabilities. The further back in time, the higher the likelihood that an equivalent modern alternative will be proposed.
