A1: We can provide rule-of-thumb layouts and general advice based on common room types. For proper acoustic modeling and predictive analysis, we always recommend engaging a qualified acoustic consultant. We can then fabricate precisely to their specifications.
Q2: Do you offer a service to create a small mock-up or test wall before the full order?
A2: Yes, we can produce a small batch of panels (which must meet the MOQ of 70 panels) for a mock-up installation. This allows you to test the aesthetics and acoustics in the actual space before committing to the full project quantity.
Q3: What file formats do you prefer for receiving complex digital designs?
A3: For CNC cutting, we require vector files (.AI, .DXF, .DWG) with clean, closed paths. For 3D concepts, .STP or .IGES files are useful. Our engineering team will review any files for manufacturability before quotation.
Q4: What is the lead time for a project that includes significant back-and-forth design iteration?
A4: The 7-14 day production clock starts only after the final design is approved and the deposit is received. The duration of the design iteration phase is variable and depends entirely on the complexity and speed of client feedback.
Q5: If we have an in-house designer, can they have direct contact with your technical team?
A5: Absolutely. We encourage direct communication between designers and our engineers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into manufacturable specifications. We typically coordinate this through the main client contact.
