A2: Yes, we can attempt to match the finish from a provided sample. However, reproducing a custom finish requires a minimum production run, typically aligned with our project MOQ of 200 square meters, even if you only need a few panels immediately.

Q3: What is your solution for a project where wall surfaces are uneven or not perfectly flat?
A3: For slightly uneven surfaces, we recommend using a batten or Z-clip mounting system to create a new, flat plane. Our panels themselves are rigid. We can provide guidance, but the design and sourcing of such substructures are typically handled by the installer.

Q4: How do we handle a project where the final room dimensions won’t be confirmed until after the panels need to be ordered?
A4: This is a common challenge. We recommend splitting the order: first, order the majority of panels based on best estimates to meet the production lead time. Then, place a smaller, final “make-up” order once dimensions are fixed, understanding it will have its own 7-14 day cycle and MOQ considerations.

Q5: If panels are damaged during installation by the contractor, can we get urgent replacements?
A5: Yes, we can produce replacement panels on an expedited basis. Please provide the exact specifications. This will be treated as a new, urgent order subject to the standard MOQ and a prioritized production slot, with expedited shipping at the customer’s cost.
