Q1: Can your panels be used in high-vibration environments, such as onboard ships or in RVs?
A1: For static applications within vehicles (e.g., wall lining in a luxury RV), they are suitable if properly secured. For high-vibration industrial or marine engine room applications, they are not recommended. The mechanical fasteners we include are for static walls; specialized mounting would be required, and long-term performance would not be covered under our standard indoor warranty.

Q2: Are there applications in specialized audio environments, like anechoic or hemi-anechoic chambers?
A2: Our panels are broadband absorbers for general acoustic treatment. The precision performance and extreme absorption coefficients required for anechoic chambers are a different product category. We would not recommend our standard panels for such critical scientific applications.

Q3: What about use in cold storage or refrigerated environments?
A3: PET material remains stable at low temperatures, but the thermal cycling and potential condensation in such environments are beyond standard indoor conditions. We have not tested for this, and any application outside standard indoor use would void the 1-year warranty.

Q4: Can you create conductive or static-dissipative panels for use in electronics manufacturing areas?
A4: This requires integrating conductive materials into the panel core or coating, which is a significant custom development project. It would entail extensive R&D, new material sourcing, and a very high project MOQ and lead time, moving beyond our standard offerings.

Q5: Is there an MOQ for prototyping panels for a novel application we are developing?
A5: Prototyping is treated as a custom order. The MOQ would be the minimum quantity we can physically run on our production line, which typically aligns with our standard MOQ of 70 panels. We recommend starting with a paid custom sample to test feasibility.
