A1: For urgent orders, we can expedite production to as little as 5-7 days, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
Q2: Can I get a sample of a custom density before ordering?
A2: Yes, but custom samples are subject to a fee and shipping cost. This fee is deductible from a bulk order.
Q3: Do you accept payment by letter of credit?
A3: Yes, for large orders we can accept L/C at sight. Terms must be agreed in advance.
Q4: What is the minimum order for a custom color in square meters?
A4: The MOQ is 200 square meters for custom colors.
Q5: How should I store the panels before installation?
A5: Store in a dry, flat area away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep them on a pallet or flat surface.
