A3: Sea freight transit time to a major port like Rotterdam is typically 30-35 days after vessel departure. The cost depends entirely on the volume of your order and current market freight rates, which we can quote upon finalizing your order size.
Q4: Is the 1-year warranty serviced locally in my region, or do I need to ship panels back to China?
A4: Warranty claims are handled directly with our factory. We ship replacement parts to you, and you arrange local installation. We do not require defective panels to be shipped back to China unless specifically requested, saving you significant cost and hassle.
