A1: We work with several reputable international freight forwarders and can provide recommendations based on your destination port. However, you are free to use your own agent, which is common under FOB or EXW shipping terms.

A2: No, we do not collect EU VAT or register for IOSS. As the importer of record, you or your designated freight forwarder are responsible for paying VAT and any import duties upon the goods’ arrival in the EU.
Q3: What is the typical shipping time and cost to a major European port like Rotterdam?
A3: Sea freight transit time to a major port like Rotterdam is typically 30-35 days after vessel departure. The cost depends entirely on the volume of your order and current market freight rates, which we can quote upon finalizing your order size.
Q4: Is the 1-year warranty serviced locally in my region, or do I need to ship panels back to China?
A4: Warranty claims are handled directly with our factory. We ship replacement parts to you, and you arrange local installation. We do not require defective panels to be shipped back to China unless specifically requested, saving you significant cost and hassle.
Q5: For a project in the UK, are there any special considerations post-Brexit?
A5: Shipments to the UK require a separate set of customs documentation (UK customs declaration). We provide all necessary commercial documents, but the importer (you or your agent) must handle UK customs clearance and pay applicable duties.
